The most legendary indy card you could come up with, I suppose

I was just surfing around and came across the website for "WresteReunion 2," which is taking place in New Jersey in late August, and I thought I'd share the card with you all. They've been able to land plenty of big names from the past (mainly, I'm assuming, by charging OUTRAGEOUS ticket prices, from the looks of it), and it looks like a dream show for anyone to see.

Main Event:

Larry Zbyszko (w. Ivan Koloff)
vs.
Diamond Dallas Page (w. Bruno Sammartino)

If Zybszko wins, he gets five minutes alone in the ring with Sammartino

Co-Main Event: 6-Man Tag Team Match

Mick Foley, Terry Funk, and Dory Funk, Jr. (w. Bobby Heenan)
vs.
The Midnight Express (Bobby Eaton, Dennis Condrey, and Stan Lane) (w. Jim Cornette)

IWA Heavyweight Title Match:

Champion: Greg "The Hammer" Valentine
vs.
Tito Santana

Tag Team Match

Matt Hardy and Rhyno vs. The Dudley Boyz

Eight Man Elimination Tag Team Match

"The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes, The Missing Link, Dr. Tom Prichard, and D-Lo Brown
vs.
Steve Corino, The Original Evil Clown, Masked Superstar, and Andrew Martin (Test)

Mixed Tag Team Match

Wendi Richter, George South Jr., and The Patriot
vs.
Amy Love, DC Drake, and Gorgeous Gary Royal

"Father and Son Tag Team Match"

Don and Joe Muraco
vs.
Bob and Brad Armstrong

Special Legends Match: Russian Chain Match

"The Russian Bear" Ivan Koloff (w. Nikolai Volkoff)
vs.
Domenic Denucci

Four Corners Tag Team Match

The Samoan Island Tribe (Samu and Alofa) (w. Sika the Wild Samoan)
vs.
The Fantastics
vs.
The Backseat Boyz
vs.
The Thunderfoots

Plus

"Dr. Death" Steve Williams
vs.
King Kahlua

Special In Ring Interview Segment

Bret "The Hitman" Hart

Acting Commissioner for the Evening

Nick Bockwinkel

I mean, seriously. Mick Foley? Terry Funk? TITO SANTANA?!?!? Holy cow.

Hardy and Rhino vs. The Dudleyz should be interesting. A lot could be said about that match alone.

They're having some big celebration of Bruno Sammartino's career that weekend, too. So here's my guess. I'm going to take a shot in the dark and say that Zybszko goes ahead and beats Page. But when he gets his five minutes with Sammartino, Bruno gets in there and shows off some 70-year old moves and puts the hurt on Larry. Seriously. The crowd would love that.

Dr. Death will be wrestling? That's sweet. And Bret Hart with an interview segment? That'll get the internet crowd talking quite a bit.

Jake, to answer your question, it looks like Greg Valentine ISN'T dead. In fact, he's a champion! Who knew?

Anyone know who invited The Patriot to this thing?
